Customer service is very important to us here at AMI and we are always striving to give our customers the very best experience when choosing our solutions! Of course, we are looking for ways to improve so trying something new we decided to send out a survey and we got amazing feedback from this. Here’s what our customers had to say about the solutions and the service here at AMI.

The main thing that stood out was the word ‘safety’ many people spoke about how safe and secure they felt with our units installed on their assets and how it gave them ‘peace of mind’ when leaving assets unattended for a certain period of time even in unsafe environments.

A big part of our amazing feedback revolved around our in house Nexis platform. The Nexis platform provides visibility and control over a business’ assets. Designed to be intuitive and easy to use, Nexis solutions enable businesses to better manage fleet operations whilst delivering real benefits by reducing operational costs, increasing productivity and improving customer service.
