5 Step Process


AMI consults with the customer either face-to-face or by telephone to choose the solution to best suit their needs. Each of our customer’s requirements are unique, therefore we listen and advise accordingly.


AMI prepares a tailored solution and configures each tracking device to the customer’s requested settings and update frequency, such as the sleep cycle and the frequency with which the tracking device will report on.


Either an AMI Engineer will attend site to install the solution, or we will arrange delivery of the units via worldwide courier if the customer has the expertise to install them independently.


AMI will send the customer login details to access the Nexis platform, along with a comprehensive guide detailing how to best use the web portal platform.


AMI has a special operations team dealing with covert installations, whereby tracking devices are hidden with the assistance of potting compounds and are impossible to find. This bespoke service is available on request, and we also offer a bespoke development service, whereby AMI’s in-house software developers can incorporate a specific feature or report into the Nexis platform.
